Bergen Performing Arts Center tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a venue that feels like a community hub with a real buzz? Bergen Performing Arts Center in Englewood, New Jersey, is just that. It’s got this cozy vibe where you really get a sense of the connection between performers and the audience, almost like you're part of the show. In the summer, they run youth camps that let kids dive into the arts, which is pretty cool if you're into nurturing the next generation of performers. I remember catching a national tour of a classic musical here, and honestly, the stage feels big enough for the stars but intimate enough that you’re not just a face in the crowd. The art displays at the entrance add a nice local touch, featuring pieces by nearby artists, so you’re not just here for the shows but also for the culture. The balcony seats are surprisingly good for a group vibe, and if you’re lucky, snagging a box seat means you get a primo view of the stage. Getting there? Easy. Exit Route 17 at Main Street, and you’re basically there. Plus, if biking’s your thing, the area is pretty bike-friendly with dedicated paths, no excuses not to pedal over. Whether you’re into catching a concert by Dane Cook, enjoying a performance by the New Jersey Ballet, or just looking for a good deal on Neil Sedaka tickets, this place has something for everyone. Trust me, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and again.
